"Weekend Borders Trip"

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The cottages were spacious, clean, and cosy, with very comfortable beds and great WiFi. Their location was also perfect for visiting the Great Tapestry of Scotland (10mins drive) and a number of the historic Abbeys in the Borders. Would love to stay here again in the future!

There was nothing that we didn't like about the cottages, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very well presented property in good surroundings and based on my requirements in a good location. Thoughtful and welcoming hosts. Good facilities and nice that consideration with small touches like tea, coffee, sugar and even washing up liquid were provided in a self contained cottage - many hosts overlook these simple but appreciated thoughts. Would stay again.

"Home away from home in the loveliest cottage"

The cottage and its location were both stunning and even though we only spent 2 nights there, we had a great time. It really felt like a home away from home and was well-equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant, comfortable stay. We had our dog with us, who enjoyed running freely and discovering the large garden. The nearby hills offer lovely hiking opportunities.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Really well equipped kitchen and such a cosy space. We had a great time in Saddlery Cottage. Clean, comfortable and perfect for exploring the glorious Borders. Lovely hosts too.

We stayed in the stable cottage which was beautiful and so was the surounding gardens . Was the perfect place for a peaceful weekend break. Will love to return. Thank you so much Claire and Donald for everthing.
