CAUSThey gave our reserved room to somebody else and made a huge hassle, moving us to the smaller room because we had too many people. That's why we booked the large family room. Booking said they don't take cash and to use the card on file. When we got there they said they only take cash.
USLocation, staff and facility were great. I realoze it is expensive my Phillipine standards, but is worth it for the Location and comfort.
