We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The comfort and the special atmosphere truly stood out it felt cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The space was well-equipped, clean, and had all the essentials (and more), so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay

Great location in the quiet neighborhood close to historic places. Apartment is located in charming historic wooden building. Host Nini ir very nice and hospitable, would like to stay in the Eva's Pavaroti apartments again and to meet Nini again!

Sie hat uns sogar einen früheren Check in angeboten (ohne zusätzliche Kosten), den wir gerne akzeptiert haben. - Sehr sauber und perfekte Ausstattung - alles, was man braucht: Kühlschrank, reichlich Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen, Föhn, etc - Optimale Lage direkt in der Altstadt, mit ruhiger Lage.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Estás a 5-10 minutos de todo. El ambiente vecinal de un auténtico edificio comunal, con las vecinas hablándose desde los balcones. Qué pena no saber georgiano para haber charlado con ellas! Y Nini. Por supuesto Nini! Es la mejor anfitriona que he tenido nunca! Super cercana y pendiente de mi en todo momento. Fue como estar en casa de una amiga!

Отель находится в старой части Тбилиси, выбор основывался на расположении. Рядом многие достопримечательности, да и по самому кварталу интересно гулять и рассматривать здания. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое, уютно и чисто. Соседей не слышно. Можно спать с открытым окном. Двор находится в глубине от шумных улиц. Хозяйка приятная собеседница, объяснила и показала свой тайник) Буду рекомендовать.
