Location, Staff, Cleanliness, Room very comfy.

More menu options My room was right next to elevator and very thin walls , so the noise from hallway traffic could bothersome but it was fine for me.

Interior decor was clean and modern. Front desk staff, restaurant and cleaning staff were all friendly and attentive. Restaurant was convenient and above average in quality. Deluxe King room was nicely decorated and equipped and was fairly comfortable overall. A unique upscale boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and points of interest nearby. Great location.

The bed was just okay, a little firm and the duvey comforter was a little heavy. Pillows were very soft down-like. The walk-in shower was nice but the water valve was quite difficult to adjust to get a comfortable water temperature. The lighting in the room was minimal, especially in the entry area by the door and closet where there was no overhead lighting at all.
