Great registration desk staff. The restaurant was clean, staff lovely, and food delicious. Loved the location near Dupont Circle. Loved the hotel door attendant who was very helpful. Liked room amenities. Only wish there had been a full length mirror.

Great service at the desk and housekeeping.

The change from Breakfast to Brunch was not welcoming experience. Very regimented about starting right at 11...several tables were waiting to be seated. A beverage at the bar would have been a great option.
