Rooms were very poor

The staff were so lovely. Our ferry got cancelled and they were really helpful and we booked a few more nights there. Shower was great!

It’s abit dark in the room we were in.

Clean and quite place. The staff especially Angel at the reception was so nice and helpful. Her beautiful smile never leaves from morning till night. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. ❤️

Everything and everybody was absolutely amazing.. there’s nothing you can’t like in this place.

The location to access main street with all restaurants / pubs

The room without any window through the outside, the balcony with a wall instead of "mountain" view, the shower hose to short to take a good shower, the noise during the night and early in the morning (5:00 AM). The fake photos in the description not updated with real and new situation (new building hiding the view), no information about that.

The staff is very nice, the room was conformable.

It is a basic property, it was clean but a lot of mosquitoes in the room. There was a gap in the door where light enters. The staff were very friendly

The entrance wasn’t appealing, but the accommodation is clean and in a good location if you are looking for a private room to stay in El Nido.
