Very Basic but homely and welcoming

The room looked old fashioned and quite cool to feel the México vibe. A working lift to the rooms. Aircon was cooling the room pretty well. Also quite spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The rooms had a fridge and the bigger one had a small shared patio. They had a pool, which we had not time to use

The furniture is really worn out. The bed felt like it was gonna collapse and saw some things glued to the wall so it doesn't make noise as it really wobbly (wooden bed frame really worn out). But the worst part in three different rooms was we woke up with bites on our bodies, which looked like bed bugs. Maybe a warm climate and old furniture/mattresses?

Se anuncian como hotel de 4 estrellas cuando la realidad es de 3, la limpieza deja mucho que desear y el baño olía a drenaje, muy desagradable

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly

The room wasn’t the cleanest we had during our Mexico trip. The swimming pool was ice cold, even with 36 degrees outside it was to cold to swim. The whole hotel could use some maintenance

The hotel is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. It is in central Merida on an important street.

The wifi did not work in the upstairs room.

The location was great - close to the Plaza Grande or Parque Santa Lucia. Lovely courtyard with the the fountain in the middle. Convenient restaurant attached to the hotel. The AC didn't work so we moved to another room which was a much nicer. Discounted pay parking for the car was next door. A staff member helped us with the luggage and then assisted with showing us the parking lot. .
