#1. Thing. Chinese made Japanese Toilet. #2. Casino #3. Staff, overall very friendly with decent English language skills. #4. Overall cleanliness of hotel. #5. As I live in Thailand, hotel being located on the border makes for easy access.

#1. Disappointed in the breakfast selection. However, it's pretty much standard fare...just expected more. #2. Classic European Bathtub, visually nice.....but way to small. #3. Stayed in Rm. 2024. 50/50 on carpet design or it just needs cleaning. #4. Bed was a bit stiff/hard. Did like the number of pillows provided. #5. Distance from Downtown Vientiane.

"Comfortable room close to the border"

It's the only hotel close to the border. The room and restroom are spacious and spotless clean. Internet works very well. Nice comfy big bed and pillows. The hotel offers shuttle bus to the border Thai-Laos too.

No walkable attractions around.

"Disappointing"

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean.

Air-conditioning and electric toilet did not work in 1st room. Electric toilet did not work 2nd room. The bath tub was not big enough for a medium large dog. You can't get any sugar free drinks there. You can't get any vodka there. And it extremely difficult to get a cappuccino. Hotel does not take credit or debit cards. They will not change Sterling. If you only speak English don't go. You can't get normal casino games, other than roulette or slots. Would have moved hotel, if it was not very close to families house. Of note 🏧 only dispense a maximum of 2 million in local currency, which is around £75.00 Sterling. Did not try the banks.
