It was fine, but nothing stood out as very good, hence the average rating

Slight odd smell (stale) in the apartment. Pool water too cold to use much. Pillows too big and hard

"Fine for an overnight stay but far from all the action of Phnom Penh"

Friendly staff, large spacious room.

Far from restaurants, bars etc. While the building was in reasonable condition, it felt a bit like an abandoned building. We went to one of the other Mekong View CondoTels for dinner which was lovely.

When you went out , no taxi or Tim til could find your hotel, the always went to tower # 1 , even after you showed the m the address.

We like everything in our stay here. Highly recommended! My dad said we should always book our stay in this Condotel. A staff welcome us right after drop-off from Grab car. The pool was clean and it's only us who swam during the morning. The rooftop view at 19th floor was breath-taking. Our rooms were all spacious and the bath tub was so clean compared to other condo units.

The restaurant at the rooftop and the spa is not open anymore.
