Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und kamen spät von der Fähre von Korsika, 20:15, und brauchten einen späten Checkin, der gegen Aufpreis selbstverständlich ermöglicht wurde. Moira half uns und war geduldig mit all unseren Fragen. Die 18 Etagen galt es mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erklimmen, aber die nächtliche Aussicht von oben auf den beleuchteten Hafen Genuas belohnte unsere Mühen. Ein Extraplus ist Garage nur für die Wohnung. 4 Betten, 2 Badezimmer, 1 Wohn- und Essbereich sind vorhanden. Tee, Kaffee und 4 leckere Äpfel waren für uns gerichtet - superlieb.

We checked in early, which was much appreciated. The lady who works in the reception area of the building is lovely. It is a large flat and the bathrooms were new and functioned well. The bus stop is down hill about half a mile away that gets you into the centre and the marina. Great communication with the owner and the lady who checked us in. Toilet roll and hand soap was provided. Genoa centre is beautiful and the Corsa Italia. The apartment was in my opinion value for money but I wouldn't return.

The location was disappointing. Even our driver said there is nothing to do in the area. The building is undergoing huge renovations, and therefore, the balcony was covered in scaffold and was very tatty. Although it appeared clean , the door frames and windows were dirty with hand marks etc. But I appreciate all the work going on doesn't help. There are no curtains as such, more see-through voiles that just let light in, and also the workmen were at the top. There was no tea or coffee or milk or shower gel, which would have been nice after our trip, but we were early arrivals. There was not one blanket in the apartment, and my daughter was cold with just the two thin sheets.

The room is spacious, and the floor is high. However, the exterior walls of the building are being renovated, so there are many scaffolds outside, obstructing the view. The room is equipped with all necessary appliances. The hotel’s location is very convenient for transportation, and it's also easy to reach the Genoa Aquarium from here.

Everything is just like on photo , the building is old and classy. Nearby there is several good restaurants and shops.

Just one pair of keys, plus several things, as kitchen tools are too used and need a renovation.

The inside of the property was immaculate, specious and lovely.

It felt like walking into a building site and work men passing past the windows\balcony while sitting in the lounge.

Beautiful apartment in a good location. Clean and well-equipped. The owner is very helpful
