Very polite and attentive people. The house was clean and had all the amenities. Thank you for the comfort.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable stay. The decor was gorgeous and our 2 little girls absolutely loved it. The garden outside was lovely with a seating area you are free to use, we wish we were staying longer to make use of it. Local fresh milk left in the fridge which was well received after a day of driving! The host had left a book with lots of information in about local amenities and places to go. We stayed as we were visiting the Warner Brothers studios which is a very short drive away.

Only negative was how long it took for the hot water to come through which isn't that big of a deal so hasn't affected our rating at all.

A fantastic 3 days / 2 nights at this beautiful home from home. We were looking for a base whilst we were visiting the Harry Potter studios and also needed access to London for sight seeing. Flat The flat itself is really nice, a little kitchenette, seating area, sofa bed that fit our two children, a double room and a shower room bathroom. Facilities were great, everything you need is provided and very clean. The host met us when we arrived and she was lovely and welcoming. Location Location is brilliant, 5 minutes drive from Harry Potter studios and a 5 minute drive to Kings Langley station where you can get a direct train to Euston every 30 mins. We also ventured into the village for food and visited the Cinnamon lodge which was beautiful, there’s also a pizza place and a Mediterranean; lovely little village and all restaurants looked popular. Highly recommended and extremely reasonably priced! Thank you for a fantastic stay :) x x x

It was very close to the location we were visiting. I liked that we had the whole apartment to ourselves. The owners were super friendly and helpful and even left some milk for us for breakfast which was a nice touch. Tea,coffee and shampoos were available also :) comfy clean bedding we would definitely book again!

We didn’t dislike anything the only comments we did have were it may be worth having a little sign by the gate to direct to the unit as I was really uncertain we had the right place and felt like I could have been walking into someone’s garden. Also there were parts that could have had some dusting, maybe it’s just me being particular but I did find quite a lot of dust which didn’t appear to have been wiped in some time such as the bed and cupboards. (Please take no offence just constructive feedback)

Host met us and showed us the property. Fresh milk provided. Additional Z-bed so that the children didn’t have to shared. Easy access to London (15 min walk to station, 20 min to Euston) Reasonable selection of takeaways nearby.

Warm welcome. Lots of nice small aesthetic and comfort touches. Sky and Netflix appreciated. Good value for money.

A little exposed to anyone in the garden. Net curtains would help. Shower head too big for the fitting. The one side table felt too flimsy to trust with a glass of wine.

Lovely and quiet. Warm. Excellent location. Clean. Helpful accommodating owners. Brilliant value

Actually thought it was underpriced. Other than that, nothing at all
