Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! We had an absolutely horrible experience with this booking. Upon arrival, we waited for hours without anyone showing up to give us access to the apartment. Eventually, we were moved to another address, but when we got there, no one gave us the keys! To make things worse, when we tried calling for help, the woman responsible stopped answering our calls entirely. We were left stranded with no support, no access to the property, and no solution offered. On top of this, the price was non-refundable, and when we contacted Booking.com for a refund, they refused, stating that the property doesn't communicate with them. What kind of support is that? This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere – this is a disaster waiting to happen.
