Good location.
Rubbish left at the property. Boiler broke down. Bottom oven of the cooker didn't work. Tatty dirty furniture.

"Good family home in Walmer, not Deal"

Great property and made an ideal base for a family.
The property is advertised as High Street Deal, but it is High Street Walmer so not as central as we had hoped for meaning it was a fair walk into town. I used the website address and with the satnav unable to locate it as no houses in High Street Deal. This needs to be addressed. The aerial amplifier had no connected wires as they were broken, and despite reporting this immediately requesting someone looks at it as there was no working TV did not happen. There was an old living room TV with some internet but only BBC1 which worked sometimes.

Strong smell of damp in the upstairs bathroom which staff were made aware of.

It was well situated for Deal and Walmer. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of room downstairs . Great to have off street parking which is a premium for Deal.
The shower in the en-suite did not work at all - it had a missing handle so unable to turn on the water. Despite notifying the hosts with photos it was not rectified for our stay. There was a shower in the bath in the main bathroom which meant that we all had to use that daily which was inconvenient.
