Wir haben vom 2. bis 9. August als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in der Ferienwohnung übernachtet und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und eignet sich ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana, nach Rom oder nach Civitavecchia. Auch der Bahnhof ist gut erreichbar, und das Meer ist in nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar – perfekt für spontane Strandtage. Für die Kinder war der kleine Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück ein zusätzliches Highlight, genau wie der schöne Garten mit dem tollen Pool, in dem wir alle wunderbar entspannen konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Great location to visit the surrounding areas and the many available beaches. The property has everything you need to enjoy your staying, including a pool and play area (much appreciated by our kids). Ombretta, Giovanni and everyone and the property are incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to make your stay more enjoyable.

Nothing, the owners take real care of the place and make sure every guest has the best time while staying at the property. You cannot wish for more
