Thea Villas and Suite

Very clean, handy kitchenette, beautiful sea view, small outdoor courtyard with lemon tree.

Bed on a platform but step up was somewhat difficult. Mattress on platform so difficult for older person to get up off bed. Different levels between rooms tripping hazard especially at night. Bathroom tap leaked constantly onto counter and onto floor. Shower stall very narrow.

Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the beach and village. Amazing view from terrace - sea view to front and view to side of Acropolis and village (Thea 2). Well equipped kitchen.

Location and views were great

Drain smell in bathroom and small old shower. The villa needed a good clean. Patio is further down the street, so had to leave apartment to sit in there. Although we asked for a late check out weeks before our stay (extra 35€), they told us at 9pm the night before that it wasn't possible.

The location was good, the property has the basics for a comfortable holiday. Excellent maid service - towels and bedding changed roughly every 3 days

Advertised with a sea view and there wasn't one, there probably hasn't been one for a few years so they had plenty of time to update the advert. I should add this was a deciding factor in our property choice. The neighbours would walk through the outside sitting area. The outside sitting area is next to a thoroughfare, so you are constantly asked for directions. Property management wouldn't respond to my complaint about the misrepresentation of the property, but were good on all other counts. We feel we massively overpaid and should have gone somewhere else - it would seem there is little or no chance of getting any compensation.

The location was great, it was clean and had everything we needed

Location is very good but not if you have mobility problems as it is accessed by very dangerous steps unless you go through the village which takes longer and still involves steps

Nothing really apart from the safe which didn't work and not enough coat hangers. Rhodes is overrun by cats and kittens and this can be very upsetting.
