El lugar es bonito y el ambiente tranquilo

Esta muy descuidado todo. La habitacion estaba sucia y muchos insectos dentro de la habitacion. La alberca y jacuzzi tambien sucios y prendieron el jacuzzi y nunca calento, y ya no encontre al encargado para decirle que no sirvio.

"Pleasant place and clean enough, but not great"

Pleasant place. Great view. Bed and sheets were clean. All in all, I'd stay again, but I'd try to book somewhere else first.

Room was pretty dumpy, even by MX standards. The unit needs some TLC. The front stairs to enter are a bit uneven. The front door is uneven; it only opens about 1/3rd of the way until it gets stuck on the floor and needs to be pushed through. There's no door handle on the inside -- just the deadbolt -- the door handle on the outside is literally just screwed into the door. Lots of little flies in the bathroom, probably because the screens are bent, refrigerator is kinda rusty/dirty. Hot water in the shower is fickle. They provided a single wine glass in the room. Note that the hotel -- like many in Valle -- is about 1.8 miles off the main paved roads. Depending on the season and how good your shocks are, this could be a 15 minute trip just to get to and from the main road.

Well maintained grounds, clean and comfortable rooms, very nice setting. Really liked the outdoor sitting areas, pool with spa, fire place lounging area.

Location was a little difficult to get to. Also it would be nice to have a small market or place nearby where people can buy snacks, drinks, basic items, etc.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely bungalows. Quiet, peaceful, serene. Stunning views. Staff were kind and responsive.

Jacuzzi was slightly warm, but not as warm as a jacuzzi normally is. Jets were broken, so maybe that is why it wasn’t as warm. I reserved a room with double beds, and we were given a room with a bed and a futon. I slept on the futon and it was very, very uncomfortable. Staff were kind and responsive when I requested a couple of things, otherwise we didn’t see anyone on the premises. We stayed 2 nights but bathroom trash was not emptied.
