BGThe villa is new, well-maintained, and super clean. However, the best thing was the pool and the view of Souda Bay. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from the closest village and 15 minutes from Chania by car.

CAIncredible views with the amazing amenities including the pool. We loved relaxing at the pool while watching the ships docking in the Souda Bay. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also were very pleased with the reception and attention to our needs. Thank you for making our holidays in Crete memorable and enjoyable.
CAWe had an absolutely incredible stay at Punto de Vista Villa in Chania! Everything was amazing, from the stunning views to the beautiful and comfortable villa itself. Pantelis was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit, always available when we needed anything and making us feel so welcome. This truly felt like a home away from home. GBA truly spectacular place to stay! The view is beautiful and the pool exceptional. The villa is extremely new and clean and plenty of space. The bedrooms are beautiful and modern and all en-suite with excellent shower. Why stay anywhere else? I will be back with my family in the future.
CAAmazing service, cleanliness, and set up in the villa. The view and the outside seating is perfect. Close to Chania and many services like grocery store, pharmacy, mini mart. Close to multiple beaches in the area. Would recommend and book again when visiting Crete. Pantelis was also the most kind and helpful host - thank you
USPantelis was great! He was very helpful and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. The villa has a breathtaking views, was very clean, and is not too far from Chania old town. We would definitely stay there again!

DENeedless to say, the outdoor area with the pool and the view was truly amazing! Despite the proximity to the airport, we didn't notice any air traffic (apart from the fighter planes that could be heard from time to time during the day) - it was quiet and idyllic. Moreover, everything was very clean, modern and comfy. Additionally, the communication with the property representative was good as he always responded promptly and offered immediate help with any problems. Ευχαριστώ!
