The Cottage at Hillhead Farm

What an amazing place! We loved it. So spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful walks on your doorstep and a view of ponies in the field to eat breakfast to. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back.

This cottage is great - and the location is brilliant - don’t miss going for a walk through the gate at the bottom of the garden - it’s a hidden gem as you walk through some lovely trees beside a burn and within 2 minutes have a stunning view of the sea - it’s part of the Fife Coastal Path. Location was great. The facilities were fantastic.

Beautiful cottage set in a stunning location. Very welcoming hosts.

The WiFi didn’t reach the full range of the property but it made us switch off from our phones which is maybe more of a positive!

It was perfect . The cottage was much roomier than expected with a fabulous large family kitchen and all amenities . Everything you could think of was available for use.

Location (St Andrews and Fife Coastal Path), spacious well maintained and warm property, lots of room to have your own space as well as spend time together. Games room was a great idea for those damp days you don’t want to venture out as was the real fireplace.

Wi-fi didn’t extend the length of the property and some mtce required to the farm track to level out the pot-holes.

Real dream house next to a small river flowing into the sea. Loved staying here and sure will come back!

The cottage is wonderful and perfectly located in a quiet place between St Andrew’s very close, other nice places on the Fife coast and the coastal path just at the door for very nice walks ! We really loved to have the horses and sheeps in the field just in front of the windows (they don’t make noise). We really recommend this cottage and the place ! And we’ll book again if we come back in the area.
