Not understandable why you can't eat breakfast outside on the terrace...

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and the breakfast were also good.

WiFi was not good. WiFi lost connection all the time and sometimes didn’t work at all. I didn’t like the checkout time 10.00 a clock. We couldn’t even stay a bit longer for couple of hours just to be around the pool and to have our car in the garage without paying extra 70 euro for two adults. 70 euro with 2-3 hours extra is too much.

La location e la struttura.

Perfetta.

Smaczne śniadania czyste pokoje ładna panorama basen czysty dużo leżaków niektóre w "gaiku" oliwnym umiejscowione, więc było troszkę więcej cienia. Fajne zaplecze gastronomiczne na basenie.

Nie podobało mi się że personel w restauracji inaczej traktował obywateli niemieckich inaczej polskich .polscy byli przeganiani z tarasu, konkretnie chodzi o dokończenie śniadania z filiżanką kawy czy lampką szampana na tarasie zostaliśmy poinformowani, że nie możemy tu siedzieć bo recepcja tak zarządziła a obywatele niemieccy nigdy nie mieli z tym problemu. Mogli spokojnie dokończyć picie kawy ba nawet jedli owoce dopijali szampana.

we had a comfortable room with all we needed and a balcony with a great view over the rooftops to the lake and mountains. the breakfast was buffet style with a wide choice as was the evening meal which we had for 2of the three nights we stayed and was good both in terms of the food on offer and the price . We would happily return .

A minor issue was the layout of the building as the rooms where in different blocks and was initially confusing as to which level or entrance/lift you needed to take, better signage would help . Unusually for a hotel on the lake you couldnt take breakfast or dine outside which was a shame as the setting and view was lovely . Folk should be aware its a steepish way down to the centre on steep steps and cobbled pathways but even at our age early 70s was manageable
