Second time I have stayed here wonderful stay Amy was brilliant

Location and the property was large

The pictures look very different to the property, strong damp smell along with cigarettes, the rooms smelt of teenage boys bedrooms.. needs a full re vamp to justify the price & beds were flimsy

Very clean and cosy and easy check in . Close to town centre and all attractions . Ideal for our little getaway. Would love to come back in the summer .

We had a great stay here Lovely and clean and felt like home. Would definitely come back again. Lots of space and comfortable beds. Had everything we needed for our little getaway.

Big house, lots of space, clean flooring, good contact with supplier.

Boiler was dripping water onto plugs directly underneath. Got a parking fine as although it sleeps 9 was only 1 permit for 1 car when had 2 cars there.. oven filthy didn't dare use.. creaky stairs. No basic essentials such as washing up essentials, no toilet roll etc.. towels were washed on arrival but dripping wet hung on dry rack literally dripping wet and didn't dry even over a 2 night stay so not useable. Curtains in every room hanging by a thread which looked tramps and insecure. Wrong pass code issued on arrival to collect keys to enter property on arrival.. a down pour of water flooded the back door/ kitchen when used upstairs bathroom.. manhole totally uncovered in rear so couldn't use and rubbish stacked in garden. Was further than expected from facilities. Half the family went home after 1 night as had stained bedding.. no wine glasses. Hair in freezer compartment of fridge..

The pictures certainly make it look better than it actually is , it's dated , when you first walk in and what there are of curtains hanging on by threads ,and I have my teenage daughter and her friends with me doesn't fill me with their privacy so not a good start

Curtains hanging by a thread , useless cooker which took me half hour to clean before I would dare cook my kids some breakfast which then took hours to cook simple sausages, the pipe work outside was non existent, run the upstairs sink and it poured down the walls and in through the kitchen door, manhole covers in the back yard not there thank god I didn't have kids with me and let them out to play , it's a long walk to get to any of the entertainment, shower poor ,the bath you have to stand in is nearly going through, TV is near impossible to work , if putting a coat of paint results in a newly refurbished property then I refurbish my house every year ,, overall I'm very disappointed.
