لم يعجبني التعامل السيء وصلت قبل وقت الدخول المحدد في الحجز لكن لم أسكن في الفندق بعد وصولي للفندق تم ابلاغي بأن حجزي تم الغائه من قبلهم وغرفتي أعطيت لشخص آخر وارسلو لي موقع سكن آخر وابلغوني بأن ابحث عن سكن اذا لم أجد لديهم غرفة لأني لم أرد على رسائلهم التي ارسلوها لي وأنا في الطائرة
