Room service was unanswerable. Call 3 times, but no answer, washroom lavatories looks as not new ones. We were two adults, but most of the things were only for one person in a washroom, like bathroom slippers, bath towel dress. Bed linen was not cleaned, and looked used one.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was generally friendly, and there was car parking as well (which was good because we had brought our own car).

The food was absolutely horrible. In fact, I developed an upset stomach after having it. Furthermore, the pictures shared on the website are somewhat misleading. An expansive garden area is shown in the pictures, whereas the said garden was in fact a park that was not a part of the hotel. It was across the road. I feel such fact should have been clearly disclosed on booking.com. The staff was somewhat forgetful, and we had to make repeated calls to get things done.

rooms were very clean, staff was courteous and food was good. having a considerable experience with Pakistan’s best hotels, Falettis is undoubtedly, provide far better service than the famous names in this industry
