للأسف جدًا انصدمت من اللي صار. أنا حاجز عندكم من أكثر من أسبوعين، وليلة وصولي وأنا جاي من خارج مكة، أنا اللي تواصلت معكم للاستفسار، وبعدها فقط تم إبلاغي بوجود صيانة وعدم إمكانية استقبالي، بدون أي تواصل أو تنبيه مسبق من جهتكم. بصراحة لو ما تواصلت بنفسي كان وصلت للموقع وانصدمت بالوضع، وهذا الشي سبب لي إرباك كبير واضطررت أبحث عن سكن بآخر وقت. أتمنى منكم تعويض مناسب مقابل الضرر والإزعاج اللي حصل بسبب الإبلاغ المتأخر وعدم التواصل المسبق.

القرب نوعا ماء للشخص النشيط الذي يستطيع المشي مايقارب 12 دقيقه الى ساحات الحرم

وجود طلوع في الطريق المؤدي للفندق وهذا متعب جداً للشخص الكبير او الذي لا يستطيع المشي
