Staff was very good and humble. Rooms were clean and maintained promptly. Spacious rooms and a comfortable stay overall.

What I didn’t like was that the location is a little far from the beach and there’s not much nearby. The breakfast options were mostly the same every day, which became boring. The property also feels a bit old now and needs maintenance. The gym should be improved with better air conditioning, and the kids’ play zone also needs improvement, as that was one of the reasons I booked the hotel.

All service, good staff, cleaning and food is best.

Room facilities was not upto the mark of ramada standard, every facility I was to asked food. Food was worst, breakfast the at its low standards in terms of taste and also varities.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist Libiya who was very warm and made necessary arrangements for an early check in as my child was not very well, overall a very pleasant experience
