Homely welcome by the hostess to this bijou property. Enclosed area outside with covered section. Well equipped kitchenette. We had everything we needed and more; like enough supplies for breakfast. Suitable for a couple and a little dog; so perfect for us. We would definitely book again.

Louise had clearly thought hard about what visitors require. Really lovely place. Ideal for a couple. It was great to have milk, tea, coffee and croissants. The local pub served great, reasonably priced food too. Outstanding local walks. Beautiful area.

Peaceful, beautiful location and the close proximity to family in the area suited us perfectly . An entirely private and self contained property, which looked almost brand new. A great experience.We hope to return.

Very cosy, clean, everything you needed was there. Louise is very accommodating, parking is easy and plenty of footpaths nearby.

This is a charming property that has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished for private rental. Louise (the owner who lives next door) was there to welcome us when we arrived and we were immediately struck by her friendliness and hospitality. The property has everything you could possibly need with lots of thoughtful extras provided (tea & coffee, milk in the fridge and a selection of toiletries in the bathroom). It is in a quiet location and has its own enclosed garden with outdoor furniture provided. Overall, we would highly recommend the property for a quiet & peaceful weekend break.

Itchenor has a 'dark skies' policy which means there are no streetlights and households are encouraged to keep exterior lighting to a minimum. While this is great for stargazing, it does mean that walking anywhere at night is a bit of a challenge, especially as there are no pavements. There is a pub within walking distance of the property but if you are planning to walk back in the dark you will definitely need a good torch and possibly a high viz jacket!
