The owner is the best. Love this hotel when in Seim Reap. Beautiful gardens lovely pool. Beautiful old world appointed building. Very helpful staff. Great location on the main expat road. Everything you need is close by. ATM laundry, bars, and restaurants. Great value.

Good location on street with bars and restaurants, but with little street noise. Has own courtyard, with pool. Very friendly staff.

Door to room didn’t lock securely. Could be opened without key if you jiggled the door knob enough. I stowed my valuables in the safe that’s in room

Wonderful small hotel. The staff and owner are great. I have stayed here for 3 different trips for over a month. Great location. Nice pool. Close enough to Pub Street but far enough to not have to deal with the noise. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. The hotel is on the main expatriate street very safe.

the staff were friendly upon check and any other time we needed them. They also cleaned the room swiftly when requested. There was a pool which looked nice however not very private as in the entrance of hotel and the bar was also good but could be updated. bed were comfortable and room was clean
