"Fabulous base for a relaxing extended family holiday"

Lovely spacious villa 10 minute walk into Ischia Ponte. Spotlessly clean and very quiet. Perfect location for relaxing. Francesco is very easy to communicate with and very helpfully organised taxis for our arrival and departure which I would recommend as the villa is tucked away.

The kitchen could maybe be slightly better equipped with some sharp knives but overall not a big problem as we ate out most of the stay.

"Large comfortable house near the best part of Ischia"

Very spacious with big bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Comfortable living areas. Outdoor space is extensive and well lit for the evenings. About a 10 minute walk to town though taxis can pick you up too. Our host was really friendly and welcoming.

The kitchen is a bit dated, but not a huge problem if you are going out for meals.

"A beautiful, peaceful place to stay whilst on Ischia - I just wish we stayed longer!"

A beautiful villa on Ischia. Close to Ischia Ponte and the Castello. Francesco was a wonderful and gracious host, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help maximise our stay.

The location is a little tricky to find. Definitely recommend taking Francesco up on his offer to organise a taxi!

The villa is close to Ischia Old Town, walking distance to the supermarkets, restaurants, beach and the medieval castle! The property is clean and well maintained, in a safe neighborhood and with beautiful outdoor surroundings. The host is super friendly, responsive and respectful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it!
