"Prachtig uitzicht"

Prachtig uitzicht, echt genieten. Rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij Siena. Ruim huis. Airco in de slaapkamers.

Toen we aankwamen hebben we anderhalf uur gewacht om het huis binnen te mogen gaan. Pas om 17.15 uur was de schoonmaakster klaar. Ze vertelde dat het huis erg vies was achtergelaten. De host gaf geen excuses dat we zo lang in de warmte buiten stonden te wachten. Nu lees de review dat gasten na ons precies hetzelfde mee hebben gemaakt! Terwijl wij al erg vroeg zijn vertrokken en het huis hebben we netjes achtergelaten. Schoonmaken en inchecken heeft verbetering nodig!

"Heerlijke locatie, goede accommodatie"

Ruim huis, mooi balkon met uitzicht

Dat de schoonmaak pas om 5pm klaar was en we een uur na de afgesproken checki-in tijd alleen onze tassen mochten neerzetten.

"We loved the place !"

Beautiful breathtaking property and will stay there again!

The sheets and coverlet on the primary bed was dirty and we called for a new one and when the lady came to bring the new one she was unkind and texted us a few harsh words and told us she just had a C-section. It was unprofessional and they never said sorry about the coverlet. They seemed bothered we even called about it. We paid a lot for that place and just had higher expectations for the linens.

"Fabulous property, incredible view. We loved the overall space we had."

The size of the house was fabulous. The house itself was very clean. It was easy to find with good parking. Lots of places to sit, relax and socialize. The bedrooms were well appointed and large. The view was incredible. The pictures on the website are very accurate.

There was nothing we disliked. However we have a couple of suggestions. Maybe the owners would consider two twin beds in the one bedroom vs. a trundle bed. Also a bread toaster would be a nice addition.
