IN APART HOTEL

Overall, it was great, but a trash can would have been great and maybe an iron. The apartment was clean, and i'm very pleased. It exceeded my expectations.

The apartment is pretty spacious and can accomodate 4 adults without issue. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a washing machine and a reasonably equipped kitchen are a major plus. The balcony allows for the natural drying of washed clothes. The orientation of the apartment(s) in the building is good, without facing any noisy areas. The building is reasonably insulated agains noise and temperature variations. The underground parking with elevator access is a major plus in very hot or very cold weather. The apartment representative tries to accomodate guest requests as best as possible (a microwave oven was purchased at our request and provided to us). Two air conditioning units were able to make the place cool enough in +40 degrees C weather.

Most reviewers of this property have low standards about how an aparthotel for tourists and business travelers should be and provided overrated reviews. And the owners do not really know how to furnish it and perform maintenance. There are major issues with the cleanliness: blood staned mattresses with non-removable covers, no mattress protections under the bedsheets, all bedsheets and pillowcases were unwashed and smelled of sweat and perfume, living room couch stained, unwashed and with non-removable covers, hidden behind a covering blanket, napkins with biological residues left behind the beds and nightstands. The furnishings of the aparthotel are also badly chosen for their purpose. They take up too much space, they offer too much storage space for traveler needs, and do not allow for easy cleaning under and behind them, leading to dust accumulations. Both shower hoses were broken along with a showerhead, and the bathroom floors flood very easy because of partial splash glass covers. This aparthotel left us to believe that it's mostly used for discreet romantic rendez-vous for locals rather than the regular travel purposes of long-distance travelers. And that it's been put together with haste and without too much thought. The location is pretty bad as well, since every time you travel towards the aparthotel by driving from the city's direction, you need to take a 2-3 kilometer detour on the DNCB road and A1 highway, which are always very busy and make you loose a lot of time.

The apartment was big and nicely furnished, and the bed was comfortable. There were enough towels, shower gels and soap.

There wasn't a microwave, and there was very little cutlery, crockery or pots.
