Staff were very friendly. They did allow us to extend the stay of the room based on availability. The complimentary breakfast served Idly, Vada, Bread, Jam, Fruits. The restaurant was decent enough. Easy cab access. Quite near to airport

The maintainance of the room could have been better. The AC is not well maintained and caused allergic reactions. The bedsheets were dirty

Rooms are clean.

Be careful! Dishonest managers. I booked a place for 3 people through Booking and the hotel booked a room with only two single beds. On arrival, they argued the room's description mentioned only two beds, but this was definitely a way to make us book a more expensive place. Since you book a room through Booking and you define 3 people, all the options should be prepared to host 3 people, which was not the case. The receptionist was very rude, still keep arguing and saying that it was Booking's fault. Finally, we manage to have a 3 people room but our experience was definitely negative. Besides when they say they accept foreign currency, they charge very high commisions, and they do not accept foreign debit cards.
