"The villa was nice but the service completely ruined our experience."

Location,Cleanliness,Design,good lighting,

Service: No toothbrush, No slippers BBQ purchase method was very bad and we did not get the promised tools that we paid for and most of all the call centre did not work and the water line was cut 20 minutes before our check-out time. It was told that they provide English, Japanese and Chinese language mode of communication but the person who came during out check-out did not speak any language except Japanese and was extremely rude. And we were charged ¥11,000 “excessive cleaning fee” despite paying ¥13,200 cleaning fee.
