The communication with the owner was great. The place is very cozy and clean. The location is superb - between the old town and the bus station. Everything in the room was very convenient, there's everything you might need. It's on the ground floor, but the outside areas are quite private, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. I missed the place when I had to leave!

Everything was great! If I have one suggestion - it would be to have a thicker duvet with a duvet cover along with the existing sheet + wool blanket. The bedding was good, but some people prefer proper thick duvets even in hot weather.

"Superb"

Very good location in quiet area, but close to Old Town and key places of interest and transport links.. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is very spacious for a 1 bedroom studio.

Can think of no negatives.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, it truly deserves a 10/10! The location was perfect: just a five-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, set in a peaceful spot right by the water, and close to a supermarket, a bus stop, and the amazing BBQ Tanjga restaurant. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Check-in was smooth and straightforward thanks to the clear instructions from our host. Speaking of our host, Bojana was absolutely wonderful, incredibly responsive, helpful, and always just a WhatsApp message away. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor!

The location was absolutely perfect, on the water and just outside of main town, also close to supermarket. The room was clean and fitted our needs. Would 100% recommend and definitely would stay again!

"Excellent location and good value accommodation"

Location was excellent. Host was very helpful. This studio apartment had everything you need.

We like to have some fresh air so left the windows open a little but we were plagued by mosquitos.
