The resort was very beautiful and tbe staff was marvelous.

When we reached, there was so much smoke in the air which was baffling. I dont think it was resort's fault but the locals

Nothing, it is pathetic. All claims of facilities are false and they don’t exist actually in hotel. Secondly the hotel is not in kasouli, it’s around 8km further of Kasauli, so even the property location is wrong
