"Worst experience"

For 10 hours stay they were charged two days payment. Check in time early morning at 4 am check out time at 3 pm same day. This staying time was mentioned by me before the booking, but the hotel doesn't care and They used the words Chutiya. A big mistake was using your app. I am a regular business traveller, I have never faced this kind of worst experience in my life, even the room ambience and furniture was out dated.

Nothing

Accually Hotel was closed when I came, even that my late check in was confirmed by hotel. Nobody was picking the call, so accually I spent night on the street. Highly not professional behaviour.
