Les gérants extrêmement accueillants et arrangeants, les aménagements extérieurs magnifiques avec un jardin luxuriant et une belle piscine, le charme de la bâtisse, le calme du village

Bon emplacement. Le parc très agréable et bien entretenu.

Les photos de la chambre, sous les toits, qui nous a été attribuée sont trompeuses. Le prix n’est pas justifié. Celui du petit déjeuner à 15,00€/personne non plus : 1 seule proposition de jus de fruit, pas de brioche vendéenne, cake etc… pas de propositions de produits salés… Personne a l’accueil pour un trois étoiles ??? Il faut sonner !

L’absence d’eau chaude en soirée est déjà problématique, mais le véritable problème a été l’absence totale de solution ou de compensation proposée aux clients. Le service client a été particulièrement décevant. Un hôtel devrait être capable de gérer ce type d’incident avec plus de professionnalisme.

L'environnement c est l extérieur qui nous a emballé, entre le petit château le très beau jardin la très grande piscine et l'accueil très sympathique

la chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenseur les dimensions du lit pas de climatisation et enfin prix du PDJ élevé pas de chaud uniquement du froid mention particulière sur les viennoiseries excellentes !
