Value for money

1) check in time very late 2) check in staff does not familiar with booking.com payment method (they did not accept payment receipt issued by booking.com, and requested us to show them SMS rreceived once bank account deducted from our account -in my case, there is none. After few times we explained and requested arab speaking person to explain again, only then they accepted)

Location.

Staff at reception was so rude. No one came to pick up my luggage. Staff only appeared to tell me about the checkout time. Service Phone in the room was also not working. Very small room. Beds were also very small.
