Just minutes on foot from the river. Quiet, private.

It was advertised with parking, which ended up being paid public parking nearby.

Very central Huge apartment, well kitted out, and a fantastic shower unit! Loved the security/access using keypads

Aircon is good but situated at the door, so the bedrooms don't benefit. A fan in each bedroom would have been good, especially the bunk bedroom. We were there during a heatwave, which is a factor, however.

Clean！The room, living room, kitchen and bathroom are reasonably and conveniently divided, and the equipment is very new.

It's a pity that there is no washing machine or coffee machine. The shower area in the bathroom has no door to prevent water splashing out, or a shower curtain. After taking a shower, the bathroom floor will be completely wet.

I didn't like having to pay for an earlier check in, even though the flat was empty. The toilet was dirty and the fridge hadn't been cleaned. The online instructions said the appliance instructions were in the bedroom drawer but they weren't. It would have been nice to have a washing machine - more useful than a dishwasher. It would also have been nice to have a few more things in the kitchen eg cloths, kitchen brush, maybe salt and pepper?

Location was great

The flat has a very cheap and neglected vibe. Only one very uncomfortable 2 seater sofa. Very harsh lighting throughout, with no lamps in living area or bedside tables - commented on by previous reviewers and said it would be addressed. Very dirty, clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for some time e.g. food on the seats, toilet hadn’t been cleaned, mold on window sills, dusty throughout. ‘Digital receptionist’ a lot of hassle. Damage deposit €100 held for a week after checkout. Bunk bed previously broken (another reviewer highlighted this Sept 2024) and shoddily repaired: we had to move the mattress to the floor to sleep for safety. Air con only in the hall, doesn’t reach the bedrooms. One bedroom has a pane of glass for window which does not open, and no curtain / blind, so gets incredibly hot. Generator outside is very noisy so having other windows open not really an option. We would not recommend this apartment.

Central location and flat was being kept very warm.

Flat was not clean.There was hair in the bathroom drawers,on the toilet and floor. Also the double bed bedsheets had stains on them. No blackout curtains,which made it impossible to sleep after 5 am.

Location and price/quality. It's right in the centre of Ljubljana with restaurants, bars, market, tourist highlights all close by. It's not expensive, so you're getting value for money.

The apartment is a bit basic in terms of comfort / entertainment. If you intend to spend a lot of time in the apartment it might not be a good fit. E.g. there's not a real relaxing area. If you'll be out in the town it's perfect.
