Great Pool area

This accommodation was awful, it smelt damp on entering. On the first night we discovered cockroaches were present in the accommodation. I was given the wrong code to enter the complex, despite being told it was the correct one, via messenger in the app, even though the code would not open the gates for entry. We relied on a passer by to open the gate, then were told by other guests our code was wrong and thankfully gave us the correct code. WIFI didn`t work, this got fixed the day after by the cleaner, who provided us with Cockroach spray to kill anymore that appeared, which they did. Patio furniture at the back and front were old and dirty. Patio cushions left on the floor at the front which were dirty and mouldy. BBQ was very rusty, concrete step by back door was badly damaged. Patio table legs were very rusty. Stained lamp shade left on the chair in lounge area. Couldn`t open the metal gates at the front patio, which is a fire risk, they are very old and clearly not been used for a very long time. Electrics in one of the bedrooms stopped working. Light above kitchen table did not work. Back patio is in a poor state and in need of maintenance and décor. We asked to be moved to alternative accommodation but it fell on deaf ears. Would not recommend staying here.
