L’espace était bien grand, 3 chambres avec lits doubles super confortables, j’ai passé mes meilleures nuits. La cuisine est super bien équipée aussi, il ya tout ce qu’il faut je meilleures sentais comme à la maison. Smart TV avec YouTube et Netflix, rien à redire.

Appart très propre mais on a retrouvé 2 cafards morts, je pense qu’ils venaient de dehors et la femme de ménage les a tué mais a oublié de les ramasser. Sinon on en a vu aucun autre et aucun vivant.

Great location, close to the city center, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Mould - the ceiling in the kitchen/living area was terrible and actually looked like it was going to fall down - not a good impression and needs to be dealt with as a priority. Need clearer instructions on finding the apartment once in the building - wasn't advised which floor it was on and no door numbers etc - ended up disturbing a couple of residents by trying key in various doors - actual apartment is hidden on the ground floor down the side of the elevator (this description would help, and limit disturbing other residents).

L’emplacement , la décoration et l’aménagement des pièces et l’accès au RDC ce qui est important à Lisbonne car de nombreux ascenseur sont en panne ou arrêté par décret municipal. Les équipements 2 salles de bain pour 6 personnes c’est très bien.

Les couverts et verres nécessitant de faire marcher le lave vaisselle après chaque repas car leur nombre est faible

The air conditioning, heating in the toilets, lamps in the bedroom, kitchen appliances & the washing machine, were all good

On the first day we had trouble getting in the door, (no doors have numbers on btw) no response from owner for over 1 hour & when they did respond they gave instructions they didnt help, so after waiting an hour and a half someone came and opened the door for us 🙃 When we stepped into the apartment it smelt damp, in the kitchen near the table there was a leak so we had to keep the mop bucket 🪣 & kitchen rug in the middle otherwise itd be a walking hazard. The was also no fire alarm in the apartment which was slightly alarming. Upon further inspection I came to find dirty surfaces, lumpy & yellow stained pillows, dirty controls for the heating, white stains on the sofa, cracked tiles, mold/damp/water leakage growing on the sides of windows and bathroom tiles, broken fixtures & another leek in the 2nd bathroom caused from the window and bidet so I had to place towels down and keep the windows open (eventhought it was really cold) to keep it ventilated especially since is mold 🤢 The TV was switched off at the mains which we didnt know about and when asking for help on how to turn it on, again the instructions given was not useful so the day before we left the same man that opened the door for us, managed to turn the TV on (bare in mind there is a button that's broke on the tv & 1 remote had no batteries in) no coffee pods were supplied (eventhough there was pictures showing that there was) i score this apartment 2/10 big let down 👎
