Booked this place for second time. Room was nice, very quite place and AC worked well. Check-in was fast and the staff spoke good. It’s a 10-min walk to the main market. Breakfast was simple but fresh. Will definitely book again when we visit again. Highly recommend for families!

They should keep it up with cleanness and upgrades the room

The building in general has potential, it's a shame that it's all dirty and decaying and what is the most absolute neglect.

The photos of the rooms must be at least 15 years old, and they've never been maintained. They gave us a room where when you turned on the tap, the water ran straight onto the floor and flooded it. Everything was dirty, rusty, or unkempt. I took a video to show it to the front desk, but unfortunately I can't attach it (but I attach some screenshot from it). They changed our room, but it was still old and unkempt. We also chose the place for the pool, which wasn't usable, and of course we hadn't been told about it. Even worse, we happened to be there during Nepal's election days, and we weren't told we couldn't do any activities that day. But I still have the message where my specific question was answered: "Don't worry, we'll organize everything once you are here." When we arrived the afternoon before, we discovered we wouldn't be able to do anything the next day, missing the safari by 4 hours and not seeing any rhinos. We had a two-night reservation, but after the first night we left. Avoid this place!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities worth for the price. The hotel's location was perfect for someone who liked calm,peaceful, and greeny vibe. and the breakfast was delicious you can add more items woth extra paid. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is cosy and comfortable combined with good food. Though the location , on the first hand looks a bit inside but it's near to the elephant rides and other activities. If you have a vehicle you can easily roam around sauraha easily. The staff are cooperative and active.

Super freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Wir hatten eine undichte Toilette und uns wurde sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten und der Schaden behoben. Einrichtung ist Basic aber ausreichend. Frühstück war in Ordnung

Lage etwas außerhalb von Chitwan, aber mit Tuktuk kein Problem
