Casino del Sol Resort Tucson

Hard to find anything wrong here. 5th time staying usually about 4 days each time. Rooms are clean and appealing to us with great view of pool and desert/mountains. The pool area is kept very clean, is more than just a pool area with alot of seating, covered seating, jacuzzi and all looks nice. Food at the various restaurants is good to very good. We are always asked if we have discounts, the Casino Card etc before we pay to see if the total can be reduced. Employees are always, and I do mean always pleasant and helpful. We are not big gamblers like some may be but play each day for awhile and often can play for quite sometime without losing much money and sometimes win. No smoke smell in no smoking area, even little in the area where allowed.

Just a thought. They want to conserve water, but have towels.Hanging in the shower area. I was one person in the room and there were multiple towels and washcloths in that area. Which I assume all have to be taken out and washed. I would suggest find a new place or only put one shower towel in there.

Rooms were very clean in bed was very comfortable

We were not allowed to take a rider for our scheduled golf so we had to cancel

We bought this room for the pool and it was closed that was a bummer had to go to the other hotels pool but couldn’t because it was too over crowded

We have stayed here many times and things are typically the same. Concerning our most recent stay, I went with my 21 year old daughter for her birthday and we had a double queen bed room. Lighting in the bathroom is atrocious if you actually NEED to see in a mirror to put on makeup etc. My bed was awful. The sheet was ripped, there was a huge dip in the mattress on the side closest to the night stand (had this issue multiple times here) so I felt like I was going to roll off the bed. Beds are somewhat hard so between those two things, my back was hurting pretty good the next day. The worst part… the walls are PAPER thin. I have fortunately never had to listen to a couple doing their business all night until that night and I could hear ALL of it… in great detail. Not a fun experience for me and my daughter. We opted to leave the next day. All in all, it is a convenient place to stay, just not the most comfortable.

We had a great time at the casino pool with our family. The only concern would be the blood stained bed sheets. When we asked for the sheets to be replaced the room attendant stated all their sheets are stained. Very unsanitary to have my kids sleep over sheets stained with blood. Management should be concerned.

It was clean, and nice.

It was SO far away from everything. Also something was up with the water or pipes, they drain smelled so bad.

We stayed at the resort 2 days to celebrate our 46th Anniversary & we had so much fun. We had a nice room on the skyline level facing the pool. The service was fantastic from check in to check out. We'll definitely be back soon!
