They only positive thing on my entire stay that front desk agent "Anastasia" attempted to help and demonstrated genuine concern for my situation. Bianca from the Spa was great as well. My wife had a great experience w/ here

Honestly our stay was not good overall. Staff was disrespectful and rude. Pool was dirty and understaffed. We wanted to order in-room service and were hung up on multiple times and never got the actual service. I work in customer service and there was no customer service anywhere w/ staff and or accommodations. You need to train your staff on how to speak w/ people in general.

Our room was nice and we really enjoyed the pool. Checkin could have been better. There was a lineup and only one person working the front desk, we had a long wait.
