I booked the room using booking.com, I even called them to confirm my check-in in the evening. After reaching hotel in the night, they said that they have not received my booking. I had to find another hotel in the night for my stay.

First of all the booking I made and followed on Google directions took me to their head office in Andheri West. Also the name of the hotel is not the same as in booking.com. its called only wynd and is located in Andheri East which is very far away from where I booked. So I had to make alternative arrangements to stay in Andheri West. I would recommend that this property be demister from booking.com until they get all the details right for customers to know exactly what they are booking and where. I wasted 2 hours of my time with militiple phone calls and.finally I found out that everything about the booking was misleading. KINDLY REFUND ANY CHARGES INCURRED TO ME OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH BOOKING.COM. THANK YOU. 👍
