We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea – perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Salvatore was an exceptional host – very kind, helpful and attentive. The boat tour with him was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend it! Thank you, Salvatore, for all the great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. Your tips really made our stay even more special. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Pompeii. The location offers breathtaking views, a spacious terrace to relax on, and large, comfortable rooms. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and worry-free stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He picked us up from the train station himself and drove us directly to the villa. He took the time to show us around, explain everything, and even offered us a private boat trip on his own boat to explore the nearby islands — an unforgettable experience! On the property, there’s a lovely lemon tree with incredibly sweet fruit. Every morning, the host made us fresh lemonade from those lemons — such a thoughtful and personal touch. He was always happy to help with anything we needed — from local tips to planning activities. Truly a fantastic host and a wonderful place to stay!

Property had modern furnishings, stocked kitchen, and the patio was wonderful! Great views of the islands in a stylish setting and garden. Salvatore was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

The bed was a little firm, but otherwise no complaints.

The property has been beautifully renovated. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The outside space is adaptable & perfect for those that to relax or dine outside. The beds are super comfy! Having a washing machine, as well as a large fridge/freezer (with ice machine) was perfect for us, as we like to cook. We had family staying with us a few nights, so the extra bedroom with bathroom was perfect. Salvatore is a fabulous host, nothing was ever too much trouble. He even brought us fresh produce from his land on more than one occasion, all of which was delicious. The views are just beautiful & truly help you switch off & relax. You see stunning sunsets every evening just past Ischia also. Having parking is a definite plus (as you will need a car). It was a great location for us when visiting family in the area, and also a quick drive down to Miseno beach.

Excellent! Newly renovated with a great view, perfect location in Monte di Procida with close access to restaurants and ports. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Perfect place for a family. Cant wait to come back again!

Amazing views of the islands of Ischia and Procida. It was very clean, peaceful and quiet. We ate breakfast every morning on the terrace looking at the Mediterranean Sea.

Very good views and a nice quiet area which was good for relaxing. The property is very nice and comfortable. The host was amazing and very knowledgeable of the area.
