The staff are outstanding. So friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, you just have to rememberthat you are on a small island and adjust to it.

Staff were very friendly and took their time to get to know each guess individually. The property felt very safe. Food was decent and always large portions. The rock pool area around the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast only 500 if not included in rate. It was basic but enough for what I needed personally. E-bike rentals were also a great activity to do for the day - I paid 4000 for the day.

The property is quite far from Port Vila, which made getting around difficult. Taxis were expensive (I paid 8,000 Vatu one way from the airport) and arranging tours was challenging due to the location. I also noticed some unexpected charges on my final bill. On a couple of occasions, I was offered items such as a protein shake and some soup in a very casual way, which I assumed were kind gestures as they were not presented as menu items or purchases. I was surprised to find them added to my bill later at relatively high prices. The staff were lovely throughout my stay, so I didn’t dispute the charges, but I think it’s worth being aware that items offered informally may still be charged for.

Banana Bay is awesome if you want to get away from it all and like a little adventure too. We took the e-bike up the road to Blue Lagoon, it was a great day. The area is beautiful and the accom is lovely.

Unfortunately the weather was really windy so it wasn't as amazing as it could've been, but that's the luck of the draw. You are sooo close to the ocean it's amazing, but with the high tide combined with the really strong wind the noise of the waves crashing was a little unsettling!

Loved my 6 nights here, the staff were super friendly and helpful, loved being away from town and recharging my battery. It was very relaxing & the food was great.

Hard to get around without a hire car

Set in a beautiful location, but a little far out of town if you don’t have a car!

Banana Bay Beach Club is a wonderful place to stay. The location is beautiful, the food was very good, and all of the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Krissy, who went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. She assisted us with transportation around the island, recommended tours and beautiful beaches, and even helped us book another hotel for the next part of our trip. We really appreciated all of her support and kindness. If you’re looking for good food, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, a great location, and good value for money, I would definitely recommend Banana Bay Beach Club. We had a lovely stay and would happily return. We sadly had to leave one day earlier to be closer to the Airport.

Nothing to complain.

Most of all the staff and the owner. Very accommodating, fun and friendly. Food were great! The ocean pool is amazing and can snorkel right there to see pretty fishes and corals.

Lo mejor de todo es el staff. El personal es muy amable en todo momento. El resort es muy comodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de relax. 100% recomendable.
