I think FIKA was a great value. It offered a very nice breakfast, simple room that was comfortable and exactly what I needed (a desk, wifi, clean bathroom) and the staff were very friendly. I stayed for 9 days, and would easily stay again. I also like the location which was quite central to get around the city easily, but in a quiet neighborhood with several other great restaurants and cafes. FIKA cafe's food was also quite good, I ate there for most of my meals.

I can't think of much to be improved, possibly only adding a fan in the room might help other guests, however it was not needed during my stay given the cooler weather.

Simple but super lovely and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Located behind cafe and garden which was a beautiful space to relax and eat. Included breakfast was delicious and staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again! Excellent value for money and great location in lovely neighbourhood.

Nothing - our stay was perfect and exactly as described!

We stayed at Judith House for 2 nights immediately after arriving in Kigali. They arranged pickup from the airport which was really convenient after a very long travel day. Breakfasts were generous with lots of options including a variety of eggs, toast, fruit, juice and tea.

Unfortunately the property is listed as having air conditioning although none of the rooms have it. Instead there are oscillating fans; when we asked about this confusion we were told that the fans condition the air. While it does cool off overnight in Kigali it is not until late at night and the heat, humidity, jet lag and well used bed all combined for extremely poor sleep.

Tucked in the best part of kigali, its a home away from home and an amazing service. Beat car rental as well.

Good location, good coffee

The room smelled horribly, water damage and mold on the walls, bathroom tiles broken in several spots. Furniture worn terribly and bed was uncomfortable

The location is perfect, nice and comfortable area, easy to move around by foot, moto or taxi. The place has a very nice coffee bar&restaurant with relaxing place to have your breakfast or grab a beer. The breakfast was very good, eggs, some veggies and fruits served with delicious coffee.

The room and bathroom unfortunately were not perfectly clean, could be taken care bit better. We were coming late at night, so we asked them for a pick up which was 30 dollars which is a bit pricey since the airport is just few kilometres away. On our way back to the airport we choose to rake a taxi for less than 10 dollars.. but I guess it's up to you.
