Fantastico!!! Ci ha ricevuto il Sig. Andrea (persona squisita per gentilezza e preparazione). Ci ha illustrato l'appartamento e dato utili indicazioni sulla città (ristoranti, informazioni turistiche e altro). Permanenza a dir poco favolosa. Superconsigliato!!! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie e alla prossima...

E se dicessimo che non c'è nulla da eccepire? Può sembrare incredibile ma neanche a sforzarsi si riesce a trovare qualcosa che non va!

The apartment is fantastic, equipped with everything you might need, even for a long stay (there’s a washing machine, too!). The spaces are very well designed, and it’s comfortable even for four people. It’s right in the city center, in the pedestrian area.

The handling of the booking by Booking.com was murky. I agreed on a price that included taxes, but a different one was later applied, with VAT added on top. The host was very kind, but despite me showing the screenshot of the agreed price at the time of booking, they only dealt with Booking.com regarding their own internal arrangements, without addressing the issue I had raised. Booking.com, on the other hand, dismissed the matter after four phone calls, during which I managed to speak, only in the last one, with an operator who spoke only English and was supposedly at a “higher level” than the regular customer service agents. He made a point of telling me that Booking.com was right about everything.. The reason? Because the screenshot wasn’t sufficient proof of what I claimed. Long story short, Booking.com offered me, in their magnanimity, a credit to spend on future bookings of almost 60 euros, which I refused, because honestly, I felt mocked by everyone involved, including the host. With this, which I believe will be my final review, I am officially ending my relationship with Booking.com, hoping that this text will indeed be published.

The place is perfectly situated to explore all Old Town locations and all dining possibilities. The building is historic and well restored. The room is also very well made in a modern way.

Toaster lacks. Everything else already exists. And it would be nice to have a wifi information at the visible place in a room. And a blanket lacks. Though the weather was almost like in summer, the light blanket would be more cozy than a sheet.

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno nella bellissima Ferrara. L’appartamento, ampio, pulito, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort, si trova nel cuore della città, in una posizione ideale per visitare tutto comodamente a piedi. Host disponibile e cortese. Sicuramente torneremo
