Great location, clean and comfortable room.

Didn’t have breakfast - plenty of tea coffee etc in room. Needed a clean, comfy, quiet, no nonsense base whilst attending to family matters in area. Perfect.

Had everything we needed for a nights stay

Our room was a little dark

good location and instructions for keys were good, when i comlpained about the coffee machine it was changed

Bed and pillows were rock hard , constantly woken through the night by cars on gravel below window till beyond midnight , clock chimes through out the night , badger smashing open the bin cupboard for an hour, motor bike below out window at 5am wooden windows when opened rattle endlessly , windows hard to close , roller blind is only privacy and has to be down and if window is open is constantly knocking window blue carpet on entry looks manky worst night sleep ever

Ideally located in the centre of Burnham, coat hangers provided. The live singing was very good!

Very cramped especially the shower room. Kitchenette could be cleaner, (kick boards and stains on the cupboard doors). No fan even though it was very hot. We had no warning that there would be live music on our first and second night's which went on past midnight!! Even with the windows closed and earplugs inserted, we could still sing along to every word!!! No tea bags but plenty of coffee! Only saw staff once, when we were asked " can I help you?" as she didn't realise we were guests! Car parking is very tight when it's busy.

Location. Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Easy to follow arrival instructions.

I was able to find a parking place at the venue. However, if I arrived any later I might have struggled. If there was a way to avoid that uncertainty, it would be great. However, this was only one factor, in an overall very enjoyable break at the location.
