Proximity to the reception dinner and a firm bed

No wardrobe facilities , basic for the price, fiddly to get room up to temp

Paint flaking off walls,shower was small when space for a double, flooring tired,front door bit stiff.

Cleanliness, comfort, location ease of booking

Not saying it could be better but it is a little more than we like to spend

Location for centre of Burnham was great. Coffee machine top quality.

Made a booking for what I believed to be a fairly basic double room, but was contacted after having made the booking to be informed that the allocated room was actually equipped with bunk beds. As it was only an overnight stay & as the room wasn't expensive we decided to just go with it. In fact, the room was sadly lacking in space & many of the most basic facilities, including a TV, just to keep up with the news. Totally inadequate for an adult couple. If we were properly informed that the room was only equipped with a single fold-up chair, for example, we would have cancelled. Two single night stopovers in succession & the previous night we stayed at a Travelodge, which was exactly half the price, but with all the standard facilities you would expect from a budget hotel.

Nice area and value for money

Lovely and comfortable, rooms were clean and had excellent tea and coffee facilities.

No tv in room,scaffolding outside, room was dirty heating was an electric fire room had just been decorated very poorly. The flooring had been stapled down where it had obviously been lifting, hand basin didn’t drain

Breakfast and room both perfect...this accommodation is a perfect location for us when visiting our parents.....not sure about value for money, slightly more than we would like to pay but not much choice of accommodation in Burnham

A bath lol I love a bath at night especially after a nice long walk along the front
