Everything in very good shape: furniture is new, a/c working excellent, mattress very comfortable. Very, very clean in the room and cleaning is made every day . Stefania is a fantastic host!

We have nothing to dislike

Well-furnished apartment, spacious and tidy room, well-equipped with AC, bottle of water in the fridge, coffee machine, tea and snacks. The owner Stefania was responsive, helpful and attentive. She filled up everything during your stay daily. We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. Just 10 mins walking distance from La Spezia Centrale train station. Great value of money!

Nothing to complain. Everything is perfect!

Stefani is very polite, proactive and informative. She anticipated all that we would need during our stay and was always 2 steps ahead!:) Place feels like brand new, very comfortable and well positioned! It has a little fridge with water, tea, coffee, snacks. AC and wifi. Extremely well organized system how to get in. We were impressed and very pleased! Thank you very much!

Location was nice, very close to the main station what was essential as we were travelling around a lot. The owner Stefania was helpful and attentive, everyday we had changed towels, refilled water in the fridge, coffee and snacks and room cleaned. Bed was comfy, all together nice place.

Room was pretty small, but that’s not a problem for a short stay.

It is very clean, big, very close to La Spezia Centrale and also Stefania was very kind, helpful, she responds very quickly to the messages.

The property was amazing! The room is in a good location, especially if you want to be close to the train station. I appreciate a place in Italy if it says it has air conditioning and it actually does and the size of the bathroom was incredible. Very clean and comfortable! Stefania (our host) was also a big part of our positive experience. My wife’s charger flipped the breaker and turned off all electricity our first night, so the host came the next morning and not only fixed the issue but also gave my wife a new charger and treated us to a bottle of wine for our troubles. She also cleaned our room while we were out for the day and graciously checked my wives clothes as she was concerned they got wet when the refrigerator was leaking from being turned off (no electricity during the previous night). All in all, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this location when we return to the city in the future!!

I stayed there for four nights in April and was very happy to have chosen it. The location was excellent, close to the train station and very walkable. Loved that the balcony overlooked the street lined with the most fragrant orange trees, perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, As a solo traveler I felt very safe walking in the area, close enough to restaurants and the ferry to be within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean , modern and very comfortable, lots of towels and lovely bath and hair products. Stefi made several suggestions about places to visit, I would have missed some lovely towns had she not suggested them. I would defiantly stay there again. Thank you Stefi for the lovely stay, sorry you had to come to look at the the not broken coffee maker.

Nothing, it was wonderful

The location was an easy walk on the flat from the train station. The host had posted video of how to key in the front door code, the outside of the building and how to operate the various doors. The room had a refrigerator, ironing board and iron, washing facilities, spare toilet paper, tea, coffee, working air-con, balcony with view. The best appointed room we had as many of these items are sadly lacking in Europe. Our host asked for suggestions so we made a couple and they immediately acted on them- recycling bin and milk. They provided sensible suggestions for meals and sights with clear information and links and could have not been more accommodating. I thoroughly reccommend this accommodation.

Along with the excellent accommodations, we loved the personal service Stefania provided.
